Toyosi is a seasoned operational delivery leader and change management specialist with a robust background in business administration and management. After studying Business Administration and management at London Metropolitan University, he furthered his professional qualifications by obtaining a Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Management and Leadership in Operational Delivery from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Beginning his career as an Executive Officer in the UK Civil Service in early 2000 Toyosi has since navigated through various departments, accumulating a wealth of experience in operational delivery. He has led diverse teams across multiple sectors, championing quality customer service, effective change implementation, and collaborative working with external stakeholders.
With a leadership style characterised by dynamism and a commitment to personal and team development, Toyosi has excelled in roles such as trade manager, where he supported companies in expanding their businesses through export. His collaborative efforts with global colleagues and senior leadership teams have exposed him to a myriad of business cultures and ethics, enriching his professional repertoire.
A front-line leader, Toyosi is dedicated to continual coaching and motivation, ensuring his teams consistently deliver high-quality and effective services aligned with organisational vision and mission.
